THE TRUTH ABOUT FEDS AND ROLEPLAYING

The truth is if you have been in efedding for any extended period of time, you run into the same issues no matter who you are. Either an over controlling fed head who has to have their finger up everyone's ass at east twice a day, or a neglectful one who doesn't care and constantly makes excuses about falling behind, or even worse, someone who is a Jek/Hyde of both types. We are not here to edit your RPs, or tell you how to express yourself. We are a resource for you if you need it, or don't know how to do something. We can help you grow if you want to. If you do what you do and don't want to change, that's your form of expression and we will not micromanage it.

Censoring your content or character is not our purview. We don't want that role and we don't want you to feel our hands slowly creeping around your neck. It's weird. We prefer sexy.

Now there are multiple sides to this coin. Hardcore content offends more sensitive members. More sensitive members make more hardcore minded ones feel like they're at a petting zoo and can't touch anything, or feed the animals. With that said, the point is that there is a fine balance to this. All we ask of you, is be mindful of that balance. If you are RPing against someone who complains about mature content, maybe we can tweak what we do a bit? Do you have to? No. If you are RPing against someone who doesn't like fluffy PG material, maybe we can tweak it a bit? Do you have to? No. But it's not a bad idea for the sake of our collective team.

Everyone deserves a space to express their creative juices in a welcoming environment free from harassment.

The ONLY absolute rule is no pornography. And of course, abide by your card limits in # of Roleplays, and # of words per Roleplay. Abide by the deadlines given.

Sandbagging is something feds experience where people don't RP until the last day, hours, or minutes before a deadline. Look, if it is before the deadline you are allowed to RP at any time you see fit, it's YOUR TIME. But do not expect us to tell you that doing that every card is a good idea, or to tell people they are wrong to complain about it. Matches are a competition; sandbagging takes that to one side of the competition because you see what they did and have a chance to respond, and they do not. Is it a strategy you can use? Sure. But not a very good one, or fair one.

We all know what it feels like to be judged unfairly, take a dive, or have rules changed on the fly to suit someone when that was never done previously and has no precedent. Our best advice to you is to make concerns clear to us, and we will address them fairly as our commitment to you in a timely fashion. You may not always get the answer you're looking for, but we promise you it will be addressed with diligence and a decision will never be made lightly without gathering of real facts and discussion with all involved.
